| At Sitewinder, we are committed
to responsive customer support and service. In our product design,
we emphasize minimal field service requirements. All our equipment
is internally protected against shock, vibration, overload, power
surges and reverse battery polarity; all the nasty things that can
happen in agricultural vehicles. The protection devices are self-resetting;
they do not require replacement, except one readily available automotive
glass barrel fuse in the easily accessible battery leads that power the
system.
Our products are designed to be intuitive and easy to use. That
means a very short learning curve for operating the system. While
each system comes with a complete user manual, there is no need
to read it all at once; it is designed only as a reference manual.
We do however, require a proper installation done according to our
instructions; after that, all you need is the one-page quick-reference
sheet to get started, and you will rapidly become familiar with
the operation of the system.
Should you have any operational questions or suggestions concerning
our equipment, our knowledgeable support staff is only one phone
call away. Should your equipment require service, we will arrange
quick turnaround equipment service, or if necessary, replacement
service, backed by our Canadian or US Service Center.
Supporting our products and customers is a priority at Sitewinder.
If you are having difficulty with your Sitewinder product, please
call, fax, or e-mail us. If any product is being returned for service,
the owner must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number issued by Sitewinder or its authorized service center.
Any product returned to Sitewinder without a valid RMA will be returned
to the sender.
