Select Guidance Mode
Selecting a guidance mode is simple thanks to SiteWinder’s intuitive display and touch screen.

Once you’ve driven the perimeter of the field, You can select a
default setting to start in contour or spiral mode and can also
pick a parallel pattern if you've been in the field before.
In Spiral Mode you follow the perimeter, moving one boom width
towards the center of the field on each pass. If Spiral Mode is
appropriate for the field, continue without making any changes.
If not, then select one of the other guidance modes.
Contour Mode
Choose Contour Mode if you need to follow curved lines and make
180 degree turns at the end of each pass.
A-B Mode
Select A-B Mode if you want to drive the field making parallel passes.
To set up the parallel grid line to follow, you can drive the first
line, draw it on the screen, or select the last parallel pattern
used in that field.
Center Pivot Mode
Sitewinder also allows you to drive concentric circular passes in a center
pivot irrigated field. Simply mark the pivot location or drive in a tower
wheel track to set up the circular pattern.
You can also use Roam Mode, where SiteWinder does not provide you
with guidance, but it does track your position in the field and
show you the entered land features around you.
