Entering Field Notes & Managing Jobs
SiteWinder makes it simple and effective for you to enter comments about weather,
the product applied and general field conditions. Using the FieldNotes feature, you can enter your observations
while you are still in the field using the on screen keyboard.
To make the process fast and easy, and keep typing to a minimum,
you can select from lists of standard observations on temperature,
wind conditions, cloud cover, pests and weeds. For customized convenience,
you can add items that will become part of the standard lists.
Things that you used to see in the field and tried to remember later,
can be easily recorded into FieldNotes. SiteWinder even lets you
record the Latitude-Longitude position of any land feature so you
can navigate back the exact location sometime later, using SiteWinder
or a handheld GPS Receiver.
Land features entered in FieldNotes are included as part of standard
spraying reports printed out on SiteWinder’s companion OfficeMap™
software.
