Premium Service Plan
SiteWinder comes with a standard one-year limited warranty. By purchasing an Premium Service Plan you lengthen the coverage period by 2 years to a total of 3 years.

The Premium Service Plan includes:

• Coverage on hardware components including: SiteWinder Guidance Display, Guidance Computer, GPS antenna, power and data cables, and TagBox and SureCover options.
• Free software upgrades, including new features added to SureCover Standard
• Free software bug fixes
• Free maintenance tune-ups to ensure trouble-free operation (one a year for three years, shipping fees for tune-ups not included)
• Shipping charges (ground service) on all hardware repairs under warranty

Premium Service Plan must be purchased within 14 days from the system shipping date.

Software Maintenance Plan
SiteWinder's standard one-year limited warranty covers software updates on SureCover Standard for one year. By purchasing the Software Maintenance Plan you lengthen the coverage period on software updates only by 2 years for a total of 3 years.

For Extended Hardware and Software Coverage, the Premium Service Plan would be a better choice. If you only want software coverage, then the Software Maintenance Plan may be for you.

The Software Maintenance Plan includes:

• Free software upgrades, including new features added to SureCover Standard
• Free software bug fixes
